Police in Oklahoma are investigating after they say a 12-year-old girl fatally stabbed her 9-year-old brother inside their home.
The stabbing took place late Thursday at a home in the St. Thomas Square neighborhood in downtown Tulsa, law enforcement reported Friday.
“Officers learned the children’s parent was upstairs asleep when the 12-year-old daughter woke the parent up and said that she had stabbed her 9-year-old brother,” the Tulsa Police Department said.
When officers arrived at the home, they found firefighters already performing CPR to the boy, according to a statement released by police.
